No temptation has overtaken you but such as is common to man; and God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will provide the way of escape also, so that you will be able to endure it. I Corinthians 10:13
Are we in danger of in dying the wilderness of life? Are our temptations greater than anyone has ever experienced? Is God not faithful? Is God not able? Is there no way of escape? Will we be able to endure? Is it because we can’t get away from our temptations, or is it because we won’t get away from them. When we chose to resist the devil, he will leave us. When we choose to flee from him, we can get away. God gives us the way of salvation in Christ Jesus. Our High Priest is faithful, and ready to help. Let’s quit blaming God for our falls. When we want to turn, He is ready and we are able
