Behold, how happy is the man whom God reproves. So do not despise the discipline of the Almighty. Job 5:17
It is a wise man that determines the being reproved and disciplined is a very good thing. Most people like to think they already know everything and hate it when someone tries to correct and help them. Job was a man under extreme pressure. He had several options to find happiness in such bad times. Most of his options were a slippery slope to take him down, but one road was the right one. He decided to take the reproving, the discipline, and endured until he found victory. God knows it all and we do not. When we let Him be our guide, and do not despise His authority, happiness is at the end of our road.
