Do not rejoice when your enemy falls; and do not let your heart be glad when he stumbles; Proverbs 24:17
Jesus said "You have heard it said, "Love you neighbor and hate your enemies but I say to you, love your enemies and pray for them." We can say we love everybody, but our true colors show when someone fails and stumbles. When we are praying for anyone, we will only rejoice in their victories.
