And all that generation also were gathered to their fathers; and there arose another generation after them who did not know the Lord, nor yet the work which He had done for Israel Judges 2:10
One of the greatest challenges for every generation is passing on the faith, and dedication. The Christians race is not a sprint, nor a marathon. We have the challenges of a relay team. Someone passed the baton to us. Now we run our leg of the race with a view of the next pass. If we drop the baton, it is hard to get back into the race. Dropping it spiritually can produce evil and rebellion, and punishment from the Lord. Let's run with a view of making that spiritual pass to the next generation.
