Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me and know my anxious thoughts; And see if there be any hurtful way in me, and lead me in the everlasting way. Psalm 139:23-24
The key to the peaceful life is being completely transparent before God. The willingness to invite God into our thoughts, and accept His direction to the right and everlasting way. It is great when someone can "see right through us", and they love what they see. It's even greater when God loves what He sees. When we accept His leadership, we can be there.
